Klezmer Institute Fundraising Drive

• Clara Byom (one of the VDR’s fantastic musicians) is Development Director of the Klezmer Institute (a digital-first nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization) which is doing innovative research and embracing cutting-edge technologies.
• The institute is running a fundraising campaign for the next two weeks. Institute work focuses on international digital humanities projects such as the Klezmer Archive Project, the Kiselgof-Makonovetsky Digital Manuscript Project and local artist residency programs in both Europe and the USA. Besides three NEH grants for two big projects, additional financial support is needed to cover general costs and other short-term projects.
