Mzekala and Friends consist of the Mzekala Women's Singing Folk Ensemble, and their back up musicians, and are based in Tucson, Arizona.

• Theresa Findley (Violin)
• Barbara Whittlesey (Tambura, Rhythm, Voice)
• JoAnn Gentry (Gaida, Clarinet, Bass, Accordion)

The singers have been performing songs from the Balkans for over 25 years, the musicians are a recent addition (2016).
